解郁汤加减联合文拉法辛治疗难治性抑郁症40例疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of 40 Cases of Jieyu Decoction Combined with Venlafaxine in the Treatment of Refractory Depression

目的:解郁汤加减联合文拉法辛与文拉法辛治疗难治性抑郁症患者的疗效及对生存质量的影响。方法将80例难治性抑郁症患者平均分为研究组(解郁汤加减联合文拉法辛)和对照组(文拉法辛),在治疗前和治疗后进行疗效评定。结果治疗1w后研究组HAMD总分及各因子分比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论解郁汤加减联合文拉法辛治疗难治性抑郁症疗效确切。

Objective Jieyu Decoction Combined with Venlafaxine and Venlafaxine in the treatment ef icacy in refractory depression patients and its influence on quality of life.Methods 80 patients with refractory depression were divided into study group(Jieyu Decoction Combined with Venlafaxine)and control group(Venlafaxine),were assessed before and after treatment.Results After 1 weeks treatment study group in HAMD total scores and factor scores significantly lower than those before treatment(<0.01).Conclusion Jieyu Decoction Combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of refractory depression curative ef ect.
