实习流程再造,与提高实习生操作胜任力的预评估

依照21世纪医学教育发展的趋势,通过调整优化实习及培训流程、以执业医师考试为导向,充实教学内容、采取有针对性教学手段,不断提高实习生的临床技能操作的胜任力是医院临床教学工作的关键所在。因此,必须进行临床实习流程进行有针对性改造,包括重新调整评价实习生指标、对带教老师进行培训,科室强化带教管理,医院加强对实习过程的督导及管理等。并对项目实施一年前后的情况进行初步评估,实习期中、期末的第一次技能操作考试通过率及学生的满意度均比项目实施前一年明显提高(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。
