摘要
目的:探讨医疗卫生人员对医院人力资源管理的认知情况。方法利用分层随机抽样的方法展开问卷调查。结果医疗卫生人员对医院人力资源管理认知度最高的是管理者的管理观念,认知度较低的是医院制定管理战略的参与度。结论岗位、年龄、学历、科室、职称以及在职年限都会影响到医院医疗卫生人员对医院人力资源管理的认知度。可以构建合理、科学的医疗卫生人员选拨制度,积极开展医疗卫生人员培训,建设薪酬管理制度,可以提高医院的人力资源管理水平。
Objective To investigate the cognition of medical personnel of hospital human resourcemanagement.Methods Using the method of stratified random sampling survey.Results Medical staf awareness of hospital human resources management is the highestmanagement idea,low awareness of participation in hospital management strategy.Conclusion Post,age,degree,title and length of service,the Department wil af ect hospitalmedical staf awareness of hospital human resource management.Can build a rational,scientific medical personnel selection system,actively carry out medical and health personnel training,salary management system,can improve the hospital's human resources management.
