摘要
目的:总结气管肿瘤术后长时间不能脱离呼吸机病人的护理措施。方法回顾总结该患者的病史,总结临床护理经验。结果该患者术后在护理人员精心护理下,生命体征平稳度过术后危险期。结论气管肿瘤术后,加强呼吸道管理,维持组织供氧,重视术后体位的特殊性,关注患者心理变化,预防术后并发症,这样才能巩固手术效果,促进疾病恢复。
Objective Tracheal tumors can not be summed up after a long time of the ventilator patient care measures.Methods Review summary of the patient's medical history,clinical nursing experience summary.Results The patients in the postoperative intensive care nurses,vital signs were stable through the dangerous period after.Conclusion Tracheal tumor surgery,strengthen the respiratory tract to maintain tissue oxygen,attention to the particularity of postoperative position,concerns psychological changes in patients,prevention of postoperative complications,so as to consolidate the results of operations,promote disease recovery.
