摘要
目的:分析穴位按摩与心身护理对心衰合并抑郁患者病情产生的主要影响。方法两组患者入院后立即对病情进行观察,并在了解患者的病情后提供常规治疗与护理。在实施常规护理的基础上为观察组患者提供穴位按摩与心身护理。结果观察组生存质量量表指标的得分率与对照组存在显著性差异(<0.05),观察组的各项生存指标均优于对照组。在SDS评分方面,观察组为(6.2±1.3)分,对照组为(9.3±2.7)分。结论心身护理与穴位按摩可有效缓解心衰合并抑郁的临床症状。
Objective To analyse the acupuncture point massage with psychosomatic care for heart failure combined the main impact of depression patients.Methods Two groups of patients immediately after admission to observation of condition,and after knowing the patient to provide routine treatment and nursing.On the basis of conventional nursing provide observation group of patients with point massage with psychosomatic care.Results Observation group life quality scale index every significant differences with the control group(<0.05),the survival index of observation group were bet er than the control group.In terms of SDS score,observation group is(6.2±1.3)points,the control group(9.3±2.7)points.Conclusion The psychosomatic care and acupoint massage can ef ectively relieve the clinical symptoms of heart failure merge depression.
