社区高龄女性留置导尿发生插管困难时的护理体会

Nursing of Difficult Intubation Indwelling Catheterization of Community Elderly Women

目的:探讨社区高龄女性留置导尿发生插管困难时的护理方法。方法将我站2012年3月~2014年3月收治的12例需留置导尿的高龄女性患者采用全方位的预防护理,对插管困难情况进行分析。结果针对高龄女性留置导尿时发生的插管困难,采取相对应的护理对策后取得了满意的效果。结论社区家庭护理中高龄女性气囊导尿管的应对措施尤为重要,要灵活掌握对出现不同情况的患者选择不同的护理对策,加强对社区高龄妇女留置尿管患者的观察及护理,严格规范操作,可减少或避免气囊尿管的护理并发症,减少患者的痛苦,提高生活质量和防范医疗纠纷的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of community elderly women indwel ing catheterization occurred dif icult intubation.Methods The health station 2012.3 and 2014.3 months were ful of prevention and nursing care of 12 cases of elderly female patients with indwel ing catheterization of the need to analyze,dif icult intubation.Results The occurrence of difficult intubation for elderly female urethral catheterization,nursing measures should be relatively satisfactory ef ects are achieved.Conclusion Elderly women community home care bal oon catheter measures is particularly important,should be flexible to choose dif erent nursing strategy of different patient,strengthen the observation and nursing care of patients with indwel ing catheter for community elderly women,strictly regulate the operation,can reduce or avoid the complications of bal oon catheter,reduce the pain of patients to improve the life quality,and to prevent medical disputes.
