目的:探讨小儿静脉输液护理风险的管理对策。方法分析小儿静脉输液的护理风险因素,制定有效的管理对策。结果提高了护士法律意识、技术水平,加强护患沟通,密切护、患、陪关系,提高小儿静脉穿刺的成功率,确保患儿安全。结论加强输液质量的管理,不但减少护理缺陷,而且能提高穿刺技术水平和患儿家长的满意度。

Objective Investigate the venous transfusion nursing risk management countermeasures.Methods To analyze the nursing risk factors for pediatric intravenous fluids,make ef ective management measures.Results Improve the nurses law consciousness,technical level and strengthen communication,nurses and patients closely to protect,develop,with relations,improve the success rate of the pediatric venipuncture ensure child safety.Conclusion To improve the quality of transfusion management,not only reduce the nursing defects,and can improve the satisfaction of puncture technology level and the parents.
