院前急救中的护理风险分析与对策

Nursing Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of Pre-hospital Emergency

目的:分析院前急救存在的护理风险,并提出相应的对策。方法通过回顾性总结我院2013年1月~6月院前出诊1502例次患者急救时护理风险存在原因。结果存在护理风险表现在院前急救特殊的工作性质,人员因素,护患沟通与知情同意告知,护理记录,患者因素,仪器设备物品不完善,车辆及车载因素,社会因素。结论针对院前急救存在的护理风险,提出了加强院前急救特殊的工作性质的宣传,强化风险管理意识,培养院前护士急救技能、沟通能力,重视规范护理记录、加强仪器设备的管理,普及民众的急救知识与技能,是提高院前急救患者抢救成功率,减少护理纠纷,确保院前急救护理安全的保证。

Objective To analyze risk of pre-hospital emergency care,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods Through a retrospective summary of pre-hospital visits in January 2013~June 1502 cases patients with emergency nursing risks exist.Results In pre-hospital emergency nursing risks in the special nature of work and personnel factors,communication and informed consent inform nurse and nursing records,patient factors,imperfect instruments and equipment items,vehicle and vehicle factors,social factors.Conclusion Aiming at the existence of pre-hospital first aid nursing risk,put forward to strengthen pre-hospital emergency special nature of the work of propaganda,strengthen risk management consciousness,cultivate nurse pre-hospital first aid skil s,communication skills,at ention to standardize the nursing records,to strengthen the management of instruments and equipment,popularize first-aid knowledge and skil s of the people,is to improve the pre-hospital emergency patients rescue success rate,reduce nursing disputes and ensure the safety of pre-hospital emergency care.
