探讨透明敷贴在新生儿皮肤护理中的用途并推广。在临床实践中,我科将3M透明敷贴用于新生儿特别是早产儿在血氧饱和度监测仪探头的固定、以及受压易摩擦位置的保护,应用附着性良好、采用规范的粘贴方法,以保障敷贴对皮肤良好的防护作用,可以在患者移动时减轻摩擦力,受压时增加了受力面积,也可使受压的剪切力减少,促进血液循环,防止皮肤进一步受损。透明敷贴在动静脉留置针中使用广泛,它具有透气,固定性好,防水揭下时不伤皮肤,可贴在身体任何部位感觉舒适无刺激等优点,可以有效的防止新生儿皮肤受压及破损,达到减轻患儿痛苦,防止感染,降低护理缺陷的目的。

To use and promotion methods of transparent dressing in skin care of newborn in clinical practice,I Division wil 3M transparent dressing for premature infants in the oxygen saturation monitor fixed,and compression to friction positions of the protection,should use the paste method specification with good adhesion,to security patch to protect good skin,can reduce the friction force in the movement of patient,compression,the stress area is increased,also can make the shear stress pressure reduction,promote blood circulation,the skin to prevent further damage to the(1)The transparent dressing in arteriovenous indwel ing needle in wide use,it has good fixation,breathable,waterproof peeled of when not to hurt the skin,can be put in any part of the body feels comfortable without stimulation,the advantages of[2],can ef ectively prevent the skin of newborn and compression damage,reduce the patients pain,prevent infection,reduce nursing the purpose of defects.
