异时性非家族性多原发结直肠肿瘤诊治体会

Experience of Non Familial Primary Colon, Rectum Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment of Metachronous

目的:对异时性非家族性多原发结直肠肿瘤外科治疗的预后进行分析。方法对我院2000年1月至今11例异时性非家族性多原发结直肠肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果其中根治性切除8例,姑息性切除3例,3、5、10年生存率分别为70%、52%和9%。结论对消化系统肿瘤患者加强随访及监测早期发现异时性多原发结直肠癌以取得较好治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the prognosis of Metachronous non-familial multiple colorectal carcinoma(MCC).Methods The data of 11 MCC patients surgical y treated from 2000 to 2013 were retrospectively reviewed.Results 8 patients received radical resection,while 3 patients had pal iative resection.The overal postoperative 3-,5-,10-year survival rates were 70%,52%,9%.Conclusion For patients with digestive system tumor strengthen fol ow-up and monitoring for early detection of metachronous multiple primary colorectal cancer to achieve bet er treatment results.
