摘要
目的:总结学校流行性腮腺炎暴发疫情处置经验。方法采用描述流行病学方法对两起学校流行性腮腺炎疫情与防控措施进行分析。结果通过停课、晨检、隔离患者以及应急接种等综合防控措施快速控制了暴发疫情。结论学校内传染病暴发疫情,必须由学校及卫生部门共同配合,实施综合措施才能尽早控制疫情。
Objective To summarize the school mumpsoutbreak disposal experience.Methods A descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze two cases of school mumps epidemic and prevention and control measures.Results Through comprehensive prevention and control measures were closed,the morning check,isolation of patients and emergency vaccination fast control of theoutbreak.Conclusion The school outbreaks of infectious diseases,must jointly by the school and the Department of health,the implementation of comprehensive measures tocontrol epidemic situation as soon as possible.
