老年前列腺增生患者血清游离PSA与总PSA比值的观察

前列腺增生症是老年男性的常见疾病,前列腺增生的患者血清T-PSA,F-PSA常增高。而血清FPSA与PSA的比值是诊断前列腺癌的一项重要指标。我们对100例我院治疗前列腺增生的患者进行了血清T-PSA,F-PSA的检测,就其血清F-PSAT-PSA,比值与年龄的关系作初步的探讨。探讨老年人前列腺增生患者血清F-PSA与血清T-PSA,比值与年龄的关系。分别测定50例60~75(含)岁和50例75岁以上前列腺增生患者血清F-PSAT-PSA,比值,并分析两个年龄组间血清F-PSAT-PSA,比值的关系。随着年龄的增长,血清F-PSAT-PSA,比值并无明显差异。
