腋下小切口治疗青少年自发性气胸32例

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Subaxillary Small Incision in 32 Cases of Adolescent Spontaneous Pneumothorax

目的:总结选择性应用腋下小切口治疗青少年自发性气胸的临床检验。方法回顾性分析2010~2013年32例青少年自发性气胸采用腋下小切口手术治疗情况。结果32例自发性气胸应用腋下小切口手术,平均住院8 d,无术后并发症,随访3~18个月恢复良好。结论对于无条件施行胸腔镜的基层医院,该术式尤其适用于各种类型青少年气胸、肺大泡破裂治疗,具有切口小、美观、切口疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少及费用低等特点。

Objective To summarize the selective application of the treatment of axil ary incision adolescent clinical examination of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods A retrospective analysis of spontaneous pneumothorax 2010~2013,32 cases of teenagers using axil ary incision surgery cases.Results 32 cases of spontaneous axil ary incision surgery,the average hospital eight days,no postoperative complications,follow-up of 3~18 months,a good recovery.Conclusion For the unconditional implementation of the primary hospital thoracoscopy,which is particularly suitable for al types of surgical adolescent pneumothorax,bul ae rupture treatment,with a smal incision,beautiful,incision pain,faster recovery,fewer complications and low cost characteristics.
