综合护理干预对颅底肿瘤切除术后患者吞咽障碍的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Care on the Patients with Dysphagia after Resection of Skull Base Tumors

目的:分析综合护理干预对颅底肿瘤切除术后患者吞咽障碍的影响。方法收集我院2012年5月~2013年5月期间诊治的颅底肿瘤切除术后伴发吞咽障碍的患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理,对两组患者的吞咽功能恢复情况进行分析对比。结果观察组中显效23例,占总数的76.67%,有效6例,占总数的20.0%,无效1例,占总数的3.33%,总有效率为96.67%;对照组中显效19例,占总数的63.33%,有效5例,占总数的16.67%,无效6例,占总数的20.0%,总有效率为80.0%。两组数据结果比较具有明显差异(<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对促进颅底肿瘤切除术后患者吞咽功能恢复具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To analysis the comprehensive nursing intervention for patients the ef ect of swal owing disorder after the tumor resection of the skul base.Methods To col ect from may,2012~2013,may make a diagnosis and give treatment of skul base tumor resection in patients with swal owing disorder after 60 cases as the research object,adopt the way of randomized patients divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group of patients.Control group using conventional nursing mode,implement comprehensive nursing on the basis of the observation group in the control group,the two groups of patients with swal owing function recovery were analyzed.Results 23 cases were markedly improved in the observation group,accounting for 76.67%of the total,6 cases,accounting for 20.0%of the total,invalid in 1 case,3.33%of the total,the total ef ective rate was 96.67%;19 cases were markedly improved in the control group,accounting for 63.33%of the total,ef ective in 5 cases,accounting for 16.67%of the total,invalid 6 cases,accounting for 20.0%of the total,the total ef ective rate was 80.0%.two groups of data comparison has obvious dif erence(<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention to improve patient swal owing functional recovery after the tumor resection of the skul base has good clinical ef ect,is worth popularization in clinical application.
