近年来随着抗菌药物应用的日益广泛,各种不合理用药现象也越来也多,抗生素的滥用、不合理应用使细菌的耐药性不断提高,耐药菌株,尤其是多重耐药菌株的种类也日益繁多。阿莫西林是西药抗生素中的常用药,其是β-内酰胺青霉素类抗菌药物,对革兰阳性菌、阴性菌都有较好的疗效。本文主要以阿莫西林为例,重点对其药理药性,抗菌机制,以及阿莫西林在临床上的合理应用,应用过程中的相关注意事项等进行了详细的综述。
