摘要
目的:分析经阴道超声在输卵管系膜囊肿诊断中的准确性,探讨其应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2012年2月~2013年11月经超声诊断且手术后病理证实的67例输卵管系膜囊肿患者。结果超声检查结果与病理诊断结果相对照,其中未明确诊断者3例,误诊4例,准确率为89.6%。结论经阴道超声诊断输卵管系膜囊肿准确率高,具有重要的诊断价值,可为临床提供较高的术前参考依据。
Objective To analyze the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of cystic mesosalpinx explore its value.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in February 2012 to November 2013 period and after ultrasound diagnosis of 67 cases of pathological y confirmed mesosalpinx cysts.Results Which is not explicitly diagnosed three cases,four cases of misdiagnosis,the accuracy was 89.6%.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate mesosalpinx cyst has important diagnostic value,providing a higher preoperative clinical reference.
