对比介入治疗和手术治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Interventional Therapy and Surgical Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

目的:对比采用应用介入治疗和手术治疗两种方式对患有原发性肝癌的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法选择我院2009年1月~2011年12月收治的66例患有原发性肝癌的患者,根据采用的治疗方法分为两组,手术组33例,采用采用肝段或联合肝段、肝《或者半扦切除方式对手术组患者进行治疗,介入组33例采用介入检塞方案对介入组患者进行治疗。结果手术组患者肝癌治疗效果(总有效率90.91%)明显优于介入组(总有效率72.72%);治疗结束1年后肝癌复发率(18.18%)明显低于介入组(45.45%);3年内患者存活率(60.60%)明显高于介入组(48.48%)。结论应用手术治疗方式对患有原发性肝癌的患者进行治疗的临床效果明显高于采用介入治疗的临床效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the use of interventional therapy and surgery are two ways for patients with primary liver cancer clinical effects of treatment were analyzed.Methods 66 cases of patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital in January 2009-December 2011 were treated according to the treatment methods used are divided into two groups,33 patients surgery,the use of combined liver using liver segment or segments,hepatic resection or semi-stick treatment for surgical patients in the intervention group 33 cases of embolism solutions for interventional treatment of patients in the intervention group.Results Treatment of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma surgery group(total ef iciency of 90.91%)was significantly bet er than in the intervention group(total 72.72%ef iciency);treatment ends HCC recurrence rate(18.18%)was significantly lower than a year after the intervention group(45.45%);3 year survival rate of patients(60.60%)was significantly higher than in the intervention group(48.48%).Conclusion Surgical treatment of patients with primary liver cancer treatment clinical ef ect was significantly higher than the clinical ef ect of interventional treatment,worthy of promotion.
