首诊眼科的糖尿病患者白内障手术时机及临床疗效分析

Analysis of Patients with Diabetic Cataract Operation Time and the Clinical Curative Effect of First Diagnosed in Department of Ophthalmology

目的:研究首诊眼科糖尿病患者行白内障手术治疗的时机,并对其临床疗效进行分析。方法选取我院门诊及住院部38例患白内障的糖尿病患者为研究对象,对其行手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对手术时机的选择和临床治疗效果进行分析比较。结果手术时机的选择:12例(31.58%)患者空腹血糖值>8.9 mmol/L;20(52.63%)例在6.0~8.9 mmol/L;6(15.79%)例<6.0 mmol/L。术后总并发症率为21.05%。术后视力情况与术前血糖水平无明显关系,手术前后视力恢复情况比较,<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论①首诊糖尿病患者行白内障手术治疗以后,很难进行术后视力的恢复的预测;②根据患者的情况选择合适的时机,有利于患者术后视力的恢复。

Objective To study the first eye the timing of the cataract surgery in diabetic patients,and analyze its clinical ef icacy.Methods Select our hospital outpatient and the inpatient 38 cases of diabetic patients with cataracts as the research object,unef ective surgery clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the choice of operation time and clinical therapeutic ef ects were compared.Results On the timing of surgery,12 cases(31.58%)patients with fasting blood glucose value>8.9 tendency/L;20(52.63%)cases were between 6.0~8.9 tendency for L;6 cases(15.79%)<6.0 tendency/L.Postoperative total complication rate was 21.05%.The postoperative vision has no obvious relation with preoperative blood sugar level,before and after surgery vision recovery,<0.05,the dif erence is statistical y significant.Conclusion①patients with diabetes after cataract surgery,is hard to predict the recovery of visual acuity;②according to the situation of the patients to choose the appropriate time,is beneficial to the recovery of patients with postoperative vision.
