泌尿系统病原菌的变化与耐药性分析

摘要 目的:分析泌尿系统疾病的原菌分布情况及耐药性,为临床防治感染提供依据。方法选取500例泌尿系统感染患者的尿液标本进行研究,分别采用高渗培养和普通培养,分析和对比两种培养方法菌株的检出率,并分析和统计病原菌的变化与耐药性。结果采用高渗培养共分离出12种病原菌,检测出病原菌200株,检出率为40%,而采用普通培养法共检测出病原菌80株,检出率为16%,高渗培养方法的检出率明显高于普通培养(<0.05);本组200株病原菌中大肠埃希菌的检出率最高,高达35%。经耐药性分析,本组病原菌均对氨苄西林具有很强的耐药性,在革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性分析中亚胺培南的耐药性最弱,而在革兰阳性球菌的耐药性分析中万古霉素和呋喃妥因的耐药性最弱。结论泌尿系统感染的各种病原菌对抗生素均具有很强的耐药性,应加强药敏测试,提高临床治疗效果。 Objective To analyze the bacteria distribution and drug resistance of urinary system disease,provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of infection.Methods Choose 500 cases of urinary tract infection in patients with urine specimens were studied,using high permeability cultivation and ordinary respectively,contrast analysis and two methods of cultivation rate of strain,and analysis and statistical changes of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance.Results Using high permeability,a total of 12 kinds of pathogenic bacteria was isolated,200 strains pathogenic bacteria detection,the detection rate of 40%,and using common cultivate intense 80 strains pathogenic bacteria detection,detection rate was 16%,the detection rate of hypertonic cultivation method was obviously higher than that of normal training(<0.05);This group of 200 strains of pathogenic bacteria of e.coli in the highest detection rate,as high as 35%.By resistance analysis,this group of pathogenic bacteria of ampicil in has a strong resistance,in the drug resistance of gram negative bacillus analysis from south central Asia amine drug resistance is the most weak,and in the analysis of the drug resistance of gram-positive cocci to vancomycin and with nitrofurantoin due to the resistance of the weakest.Conclusion Urinary system infection of pathogenic bacteria have strong resistance to antibiotics,and drug susceptibility tests should be strengthened,and improve the ef ect of clinical treatment.
