丹红注射液用于老年腹股沟疝22例体会

Clinical Experience of 22 Cases of Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia in the Elderly

目的探讨丹红注射液在老年腹股沟疝的应用价值。方法对16例老年腹股沟疝,行无张力疝修补术后,静脉使用丹红注射液,观察住院时间、术后并发症、短期复发率。结果住院4~7d出院,随访3~6个月无复发病例。结论在无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝后,静脉应用丹红注射液,具有疼痛小、恢复快、并发症及复发率低等优点,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the value of Danhong injection in elderly inguinal hernia.Methods 16 cases of elderly inguinal hernia,the line tension-free hernia repair surgery,intravenous injection Danhong observed hospital stay,postoperative complications,short-term recurrence rate.Results 4 to 7 days of hospitalization discharge,fol owed up for 3 to 6 months without recurrence.Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of elderly patients with inguinal hernia after intravenous application Danhong injection,with a smal pain,faster recovery,complications and recurrence rate,etc.,is worth promoting.
