茵栀黄联合贝飞达佐治新生儿高胆红素血症58例

Yinzhihuang Injection Combined with Beifeida on Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia in 58 Cases

目的探讨茵栀黄与贝飞达联合佐治新生儿高胆红素血症的效果。方法将116例高胆红素血症新生儿随机均分为两组,对照组采取西医常规治疗,观察组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用茵栀黄静脉滴注和贝飞达口服。结果治疗5d时观察组总有效率达94.83%,对照组达82.76%,差异有显著性(<0.01)。结论茵栀黄联合贝飞达佐治新生儿高胆红素血症疗效确切、安全,可明显缩短病程并预防核黄疸发生。

Objective To investigate the Yinzhihuang and bifido combined ef ect on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn.Methods 116 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into two groups,the control group take routine treatment of Western medicine,the observation group based on routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Yinzhihuang injection intravenous drip and bifido oral.Results In the treatment of 5 d in observation group,the total ef ective rate was 94.83%,the control group was 82.76%,there was significant dif erence(<0.01).Conclusion The safety of Yinzhihuang injection combined with Beifeida on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn,definite curative ef ect,can significantly shorten the course of disease and the prevention of nuclear jaundice.
