血小板输注无效的影响因素及预防对策探讨

Platelet Transfusion Refractoriness of the Influencing Factors and Prevention

目的探讨血小板输注无效的影响因素及其预防对策。方法回顾性分析2013年2月~12月我院接受机采血小板的174例(共接受机采血小板435次)住院患者资料,比较随机机采血小板与配合性血小板输注后效果。结果配合型血小板输注有效率(97.3%)明显优于随机机采血小板(77%),且差异性明显,因而具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论导致血小板输注无效的因素较多,输注时应综合考虑各种因素,配合性血小板输注可有效避免盲输。

Objective To explore the factors and preventive countermeasure effect of platelet transfusion refractoriness.Methods Retrospective analysis of 2013 February to 2013 December in our hospital 174 cases underwent apheresis platelets(received platelet 435)patients,randomly apheresis platelet and platelet transfusion compatibly.Results With platelet group infusion compatibly is bet er than the random platelet group,and the dif erence is obvious,so it has statistical significance(<0.05 standard).Conclusion There are many factors af ecting platelet transfusion refractoriness,various factors should be considered when the infusion,platelet transfusion compatibly can save precious blood resources,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
