摘要
目的探讨护理安全管理日志在临床护理工作的应用。方法根据护理交接班制度要求设计护理安全管理日志,并对开展前3个月和开展后3个月的护理不良事件、患者满意度、护理质量、护士工作的成就感,进行了对比分析。结果护理不良事件下降,患者满意度、护理质量、护士工作的成就感提高。结论护理安全管理日志使交接班制度的落实更完善,适于临床开展。
Objective To investigate the nursing safety management log application in clinical nursing work.Methods According to the nursing shift system design requirements of nursing safety management log,and to carry out 3 months before and 3 months after the development of nursing adverse events,patient satisfaction,quality of care,the nurses job satisfaction,compare.Results The nursing adverse events decreased,patient satisfaction,quality of care,the nurses job satisfaction improvement.Conclusion Nursing safety management log to shift the implementation of the system more perfect,and it is suitable for clinical development.
