摘要
目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折微创PFNA治疗的术中护理技巧。方法回顾性总结我院2010年03月~2013年12月,42例老年股骨粗隆间骨折行PFNA治疗的手术配合及术中护理体会。结果42例手术均获成功,手术时间40~60min,术中出血120~400 ml,经3~18个月随访,骨折全部愈合。结论加强老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA内固定治疗的围术期护理,充分的术前准备,熟练的术中配合技巧,是手术得以顺利进行的重要保证。
Objective To investigate the nursing skil s of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with minimal y invasive PFNA.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from March 2010 to December 2013,summed up nursing experience of 42 cases with PFNA operation.Results 42 cases were successful,operation time was from 40 to 60minutes,intraoperative bleeding was 120 to 400 ml,3 to18 months later,all patients'bone were healed.Conclusion To strengthen perioperative nursing care of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture with PFNA internal fixation,adequate preoperative preparation,skil ed techniques combined with intraoperative operation was an important guarantee of operation.
