摘要
根据我科住院实际情况,通过质控项目小组实施护理质量持续改进、提升护理服务质量,对原有护理服务方式不断进行改进和拓展,竭力为患者提供全程、全面、优质的护理服务,获得患者的认同和满意。提升了护理整体队伍素质,提升了专科护理服务质量。
According to the actual situation of our hospital,the quality control of project implementation of continuous quality improvement,improve the quality of nursing,the nursing service mode of continuous improvement and development,to provide full,comprehensive,high quality nursing service for patients,for patients of recognition and satisfaction.To enhance the quality of nursing team,improve nursing service quality.
