摘要
目的探讨对护士实施岗位管理在妇科病房优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法对妇科病房实施传统的责任制护理模式(对照组)和实行岗位管理的责任制整体护理模式(实验组)进行对比研究。结果实行岗位管理模式后健康教育、基础护理、护理文件、病房管理、护理缺陷等各项护理工作质量较实施前显著提高,<0.05;患者满意度明显提高,<0.05。结论岗位管理对护士实施岗位职责优化了护理管理效果,激发了各级护理人员的潜能,改善了护理服务质量,有利于优质护理服务工作深入持久地开展。
Objective To probe into the ef ects of the application of the nurse position management to quality nursing in gynaecological wards.Methods We compared the ef ects of the conventional primary nursing(the control group)and the responsible holistic nursing under position management(the test group)in gynaecological wards.Results After the application of nurse position management,the quality of nursing in such areas as health education,basic nursing,nursing documentation,ward management and nursing deficiency had improved significantly(<0.05);The satisfaction of the patients had also risen considerably(<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nurse position management improved the ef ects of nursing management,promoted the initiatives of the nurses and bet ered the quality of nursing,thus beneficial to the sustained development of quality nursing.
