前列地尔用于老年慢性肾功能不全的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Senile Chronic Renal Insufficiency of Alprostadil

目的探讨前列地尔治疗老年慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法以82例老年CRF为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察两组治疗前后肾功能情况。结果经过治疗,观察组治疗前后24h尿蛋白总量、血尿素氮及肌酐水平变化明显,差异有统计学意义(<0.001),对照组治疗前后上述指标变化不明显,差异全部没有统计学意义(>0.05),两组治疗后上述三个指标比较差异也均有统计学意义(<0.05或0.001)。结论将前列地尔用于老年慢性肾功能不全患者,对于改善患者蛋白尿、血尿素氮及肌酐水平有良好作用,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic ef ect of alprostadil on elderly patients with chronic renal insuf iciency(CRF).Methods 82 case of CRF as the research object was divided into the observation group and the control group,the changes of renal function before and after treatment was observed.Results After treatment,in observation group,the change of total 24h urine protein,blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels before and after treatment were significantly,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.001),the control group before and after treatment,the above indexes did not change significantly(>0.05),the dif erences of the above indexes between two groups after treatment were statistical significance(<0.05 or<.001).Conclusion Using alprostadil for elderly patients with CRF,it has a good ef ect in treatment of proteinuria,blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels,which worthy of further clinical application.
