妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸及胱抑素C检测的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Serum in Patients with Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy of Homocysteine and Cystatin C Detection

目的了解血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及胱抑素C(Cys-C)检测在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的临床意义。方法选择2012年1月~2013年12月我院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者63例(观察组)及同期住院的正常孕妇50例(对照组),检测两组血清Hcy及Cys-C水平,并将两组结果作对比分析。结果观察组血清Hcy及Cys-C水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论孕妇血清Hcy及胱抑素C水平增高与妊娠高血压疾病的发生密切相关。血清Hcy及Cys-C检测对妊娠高血压疾病患者早期诊断及病情变化有指导意义。

Objective To investigate serum homocysteine(HCY)and cystatin C(Cys-C)clinical significance in patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Methods January 2012 December 2013 in our hospital 63 cases of patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy(study group)and 50 normal pregnant women hospitalized over the same period(control group),were detected in serum Hcy and Cys-C level,and the two sets of results for comparative analysis.Results The serum Hcy and Cys-C levels were significantly higher,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05).Conclusion Maternal serum Hcy and increased levels of cystatin C is closely related to the occurrence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Serum Hcy and Cys-C in early pregnancy diagnosis and detection of disease in patients with hypertension disease instructive.
