大便培养方法的研究与改进

Study of Fecal Culture Method and Improvement

目的通过对人的大便进行培养,了解其身体健康状况。方法78例从业人员大便进行培养,将样本粪便划线接种于SS琼脂平板上,将培养箱温度调整为37℃,把样本粪便置入其中,详细记录培养结果,并做出分析。结果经研究得知,阳性患者大便中的主要菌种为表皮葡萄球菌,共检出13株,所占比例为39.4%。检出率最少的是致病性大肠杆菌,为2株,所占比例为6.1%,两种病原菌检出情况对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论在本次研究中我们了解到,伤寒杆菌要注重疾病的预防。

Objective To cultivate the human excrement,understand their physical health.Methods 78 cases of practitioners in the stool samples were cultured,the faeces inoculated on SS agar plates,the temperature of the incubator was adjusted to 37 degrees Celsius,the sample with the results of fecal,detailed records of training,and make analysis.Results Through the research that,the main strain in patients with positive stool for Staphylococcus aureus,13 strains were found,accounting for 39.4%.The detection rate of at least is the pathogenic Escherichia coli,2 strains,the proportion of 6.1%,two kinds of pathogen detection conditions had significant differences,with statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion We learned in this study,the prevention of typhoid bacilli should pay at ention to the disease.
