护理干预对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿生存质量的影响

Nursing Intervention on Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome Affects Children Quality of Life

目的:探究护理干预对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿生存质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的100例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予干预护理,观察两组患儿的症状改善情况及临床效果。结果两组患儿总有效率比较、护理前及护理后第24 h的 PaO2与 PaCO2比较、辅助呼吸时间比较、不良反应率比较、死亡率比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论护理干预能有效改善新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的临床症状,提高治疗效果,改善患儿预后,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on the influence of the quality of life in children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Select our hospital 100 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome as the research object,according to the dif erent methods of nursing was divided into control group and observation group,control group given routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of given nursing intervention,two groups of children with symptoms was observed and the clinical ef ect.Results Two groups of children with total ef ectiveness comparison,nursing and nursing after 24 h before PaCO2 compared with PaCO2,assisted respiration time comparison,adverse reaction rate comparison,comparison of mortality(P<0.05,the dif erence is statistical y significant.Conclusion Nursing intervention can ef ectively improve the clinical symptoms of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,improve the ef ect of treatment and improving the prognosis of children with,worth clinical promotion use.
