纳洛酮治疗急性呼吸衰竭170例疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Naloxone in the Treatment of 170 Cases of Acute Respiratory Failure

目的:探讨纳洛酮治疗急性呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法将我院于2012年7月~2014年5月收治的170例急性呼吸衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各85例,对两组呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果进行观察。结果经过积极治疗后,两组患者均有不同程度的改善,其中治疗组总有效率85.89%,对照组总有效率63.53%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论纳洛酮通过阻断β-EP对中枢神经的抑制作用,达到促醒效果,减少肺部水肿,改善通气,可提高急性呼吸衰竭的疗效。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of acute respiratory failure naloxone treatment.Methods Admit ed to our hospital during the period from July 2012~2014 May 170 cases of acute respiratory failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 85 cases,two groups of patients with respiratory failure observed treatment ef ect.Results After the positive treatment,both groups of patients improved to varying degrees,in which the treatment group,the total ef iciency 85.89%,the control group,the total ef iciency of 63.53%,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Naloxone works by blockingβ-EP inhibitory ef ect on the central nervous system,to awaking ef ect,reducing pulmonary edema,improve ventilation,can improve the ef icacy of acute respiratory failure.
