卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Captopril Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的方法及临床疗效。方法将98例原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,给予卡托普利治疗,治疗组加用硝苯地平控释片治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡托普利与硝苯地平联合用药治疗原发性高血压疗效显著,降压效果明显,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective Captopril combine nifedipine method and clinical curative ef ect for the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods 98 primary hypertension patients,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,captopril treatment,treatment group was treated with nifedipine retard-20 tablet,compare the curative ef ect of two groups.Results Treatment group curative ef ect is bet er than that of control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Captopril and nifedipine combination in essential hypertension with obvious therapeutic ef ect,antihypertensive ef ect obviously,is worth further clinical application.
