糖皮质激素在社区获得性肺炎中应用的初步研究

目的:探讨糖皮质激素对社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的影响。方法回顾分析2012年10月~2014年5月在我科住院的 CAP患者24例,分为糖皮质激素组(9例)和对照组(15例)。比较两组患者的症状改善时间、抗生素疗程和疾病复发率。结果糖皮质激素组的症状改善时间和抗生素疗程均短于对照组(P<0.05),两组间疾病复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素能显著改善CAP症状和缩短抗生素疗程,需要进一步确定其在CAP中的应用价值。

Objective To explore the ef ect of corticosteroids on community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 24 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were divided into the corticosteroids group(9 cases)and the control group(15 cases).The time of symptoms improvement,the duration of antibiotics and the relapse rate were analyzed.Results Corticosteroids significantly improved the symptoms and reduced the duration of antibiotics therapy(P<0.05).There were no significant dif erences about relapse between the corticosteroids group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Corticosteroids could improve the symptoms and reduce the duration of antibiotics therapy.Further studies are needed to validate the role of corticosteroids in community-acquired pneumonia.
