多排螺旋CT肝脏多期增强扫描动脉期技术探析

Multi Phase Enhanced Multi Detector Row Spiral CT Scanning of Liver of Arterial Phase Technology

目的:对多排螺旋CT肝脏多期增强扫描图像质量进行分析,总结对肝脏动脉期扫描时间产生影响的相关因素。方法选取我院2012年05月~2014年05月肝脏多期增强扫描患者200例,对所有患者的扫描图像进行准确分析。结果设定具体的评价标准,最终动脉期结果为优的患者150例,过早的患者15例,过晚的患者35例。结论造影剂浓度、造影剂用量以及注射速度有效固定的前提下,最终动脉期显影的满意度同患者自身年龄、患者出现肝硬化的程度以及心功能等诸多方面存在密切的关系,在准备增强过程中,应该对诸多因素加以考虑,合理控制时间。

Objective Enhanced scanning of multiple row helical CT of the liver image quality were analyzed,and summarize the related factors that af ect the liver arterial scanning time.Selection Methods From May 2012~May 2014,200 cases of patients with liver multiphase enhancement scan,scan images for accurate analysis of al patients.Results The evaluation standard is set,the final results for patients of 150 cases of arterial,15 patients with early and late 35 cases of patients.Conclusion Contrast agent concentration,dosage of contrast agent and the injection speed under the premise of ef ective fixation,eventual y arterial enhancement of satisfaction with the age,the degree of patients with liver cir hosis patients there is a close relationship,and cardiac function and so on many aspects in the process of ready to enhance,for many factors into consideration,reasonable control of time.
