品管圈在降低糖尿病患者低血糖发生率的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨低血糖的糖尿病患者的质量管理控制环的影响。方法建立品管圈,明确品管圈步骤,运用质量管理工具对糖尿病患者低血糖管理,并将质量控制圈前、后实施情况比较。结果实施后糖尿病低血糖症的发病率较实施品管圈前糖尿病患者低血糖的发病率在减少12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论用管理质量控制圈的糖尿病患者,不仅可以降低低血糖的发生率,提高护理人员的责任心和进取心,有利于护理团队文化建设。 Objective To investigate the ef ect of quality control circle in the management of patients with diabetic eye disease in hypoglycemia.Methods To set up quality control circle,clear QCC steps,using quality management tools for the management of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetic eye disease,and wil be before and after the implementation of quality control circle situation comparison.Results The implementation of quality control circle of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetic eye disease incidence of the diabetic hypoglycemia incidence rate after the implementation of 42%,reduced to 12%,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Quality control circle used in the management of patients with hypoglycemia diabetic eye disease,not only can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,and can enhance nursing staf's sense of responsibility and initiative,in favor of the nursing team culture construction.
