慢性脑低灌注白质损伤后脑周细胞RGS5和PDGFR-β的表达

摘要 目的:探讨慢性脑低灌注白质损伤后脑周细胞 RGS5、PDGFR-β的表达情况。方法采用蛋白免疫印迹分析(Western blot)方法检测慢性脑低灌注白质损伤模型大鼠脑周细胞 RGS5、PDGFR-β在不同时间点(术后第7d、14d、30d、60d)表达变化。结果①RGS5蛋白在假手术组中有恒定的表达;模型组 RGS5蛋白相对表达量在术后第30d表达增强明显(P<0.01),第60d达到高峰(P<0.01);②PDGFR-β蛋白在假手术组中也有恒定的表达;模型组术后的PDGFR-β蛋白相对表达量第30d表达至高峰(P<0.01),第60d时有所下降,但仍高于正常(P<0.05)。结论正常生理条件下,脑周细胞中有一定量的RGS5和PDGFR-β表达;慢性脑低灌注白质损伤后期阶段,脑周细胞中 RGS5和 PDGFR-β蛋白表达增强,且 PDGFR-β先于 RGS5达到表达高峰,两者表达存在时相关系。
