摘要
胫腓骨中段骨折是骨科临床常见骨折之一,胫骨干上1/3呈三角形,下1/3呈四方形,中1/3是三角形和四方形骨干的移行部,最细弱,故胫腓骨中段的结构为力学薄弱点,易发生骨折。小夹板固定和钢板内固定均为临床治疗该骨折的常用治疗方法,两者各有其利弊,下文将对两种治法在生物力学方面有关问题进行简要分析。
The fracture in the middle part of tibiofibula is one of the common fractures in clinical orthopaedics.The upper 1/3 of tibial shaft takes the form of a triangle,the lower 1/3 of tibial shaft quadrangle,and the middle 1/3 is the transitional part between the triangular shaft and quadrangular shaft,which is the thinnest and most fragile.Therefore,mechanical y speaking,the structure of the middle part of tibiofibula is a vulnerable point,which is easy to get fractured.Smal splint fixation and plate fixation are the commonly-used methods of treatment for this fracture in the clinical treatment,but both have respective advantages and disavantages.This thesis wil briefly analyze the problems of those two methods of treatment related to biomechanics.
