摘要
目的:针对青少年假性近视患者使用托吡卡胺滴眼液后观察视力恢复情况,评估该滴眼液对于防治假性近视的疗效。方法对我院2010年7月~2012年9月诊治的患者进行抽样,选取80例患者(160眼),对比患者使用前后其视力状况。结果采用托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗后,患者的裸眼远视力大部分得到明显提高,总有效率达92.5%。结论托吡卡胺滴眼液对于青少年假性近视的治疗效果较为明显,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the recovery of visual acuity youngsters pseudomyopia patients using Tropicamide Eye Drops,evaluated the ef icacy of the eye drops for preventing pseudomyopia.Methods In our hospital from 2010 July to 2012 September were selected and sampling,80 patients(160 eyes),and compared before and after the patients using the visual acuity.Results The Tropicamide Eye Drops after treatment,patients with naked visual acuity of most is obviously improved,the total ef ective rate was 92.5%.Conclusion Tropicamide Eye Drops for juvenile pseudomyopia treatment ef ect is obvious,it is worthy of clinical use.
