摘要
目的:分析临床护理中护患纠纷的产生原因以及对策。方法采用随机抽取的办法,根据医院的实际情况,号召全员参加调查,提升整体素质。结果找出了临床护患关系发生的原因并制定了相关对策,提升了全员的素养,减少了护患纠纷。结论针对护理工作的特殊性,转变服务理念,增强服务意识,有效的减少了护患纠纷的发生,和谐了护患关系。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing of disputes causes and countermeasures.Methods By random method,according to the actual situation of hospital,cal ed for a ful investigation,improve overal quality.Results Finding out the causes were clinical relationship between nurses and patients and make the relevant countermeasures,improve the overal quality,reduce the dispute of nurses and patients.Conclusion According to the particularity of nursing work,change service concept,enhance service awareness,ef ectively reduce the occur ence of the dispute of nurses and patients,the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
