Nursing Experience of 22 Cases of Children with Cleft Palate Operation

目的:探讨腭裂修复手术患儿术前和术后的护理经验。方法总结我院2014年1月~6月'微笑列车'项目的22例行腭裂修复手术患儿术前和术后护理过程的经验。结果22例手术患儿均手术顺利,无呼吸道并发症,伤口甲级愈合。结论加强术前宣教,术后正确的护理对患儿家属增强手术信心,术后无各类并发症,术后康复起重要作用。

Objective Before surgery in children with cleft palate repair surgery and postoperative care experience.Methods Summarized 22 cases of cleft palate in our hospital in January 2014 to June'Smile Train'project repair surgery in children before surgery experience and postoperative care process.Results 22 cases were in children undergoing surgery went wel,without respiratory complications,wound healing grade.Conclusion Strengthen missionary preoperative and postoperative care for the families of children with proper surgery to enhance confidence in al types of postoperative complications,postoperative rehabilitation plays an important role.
