构建临床路径分层评价体系初探

目的探讨构建临床路径分层评价体系,实现临床路径'个体化'评价。方法对我国卫生发展研究中心公布的2009~2011年卫计委临床路径试点医院统计数据和我院2009~2013年临床路径评估统计数据进行归纳分析。结果我国临床路径病例的地区分布不均,不同等级医院的完成率、变异率等指标差异较大,目前常用评价方法未消除病种、并发症、病情严重程度等的影响,故我国常用的临床路径评价指标在使用上存在方法学缺陷,可能会造成临床路径评价结果偏倚。结论有必要构建临床路径的分层评价体系,使临床路径评价更加'个体化'。

Objective To explore building a tiered assessment system of clinical pathway and an'individualized'assessment system.Methods Analyze the statistics data of Clinical pathwayfrom the development research center of China and the evaluation of clinical pathway in our hospital.Results There were methodological flaws while commonly using indicators to evaluatethe clinical pathwayin our country,which result in a bias evaluation of clinical pathway.Conclusion It is necessary to construct hierarchical evaluation system of clinical pathways,making a more'individualized'evaluation of clinical pathway.
