复杂胫骨平台骨折合并外侧半月板桶柄样撕裂的处理

Complex Tibial Plateau Fracture with Lateral Meniscus Bucket Handle Tear of Handling

目的探讨复杂胫骨平台骨折合并外侧半月板桶柄样撕裂(BHT)直视下修补的疗效。方法从2010年4月~2014年4月共12例患者,均为红-红、红-白区损伤,在胫骨平台骨折手术同时直视下修补桶柄样撕裂的半月板。结果12例患者均获随访,随访时间10~24个月,平均18个月。根据HSS膝关节功能评分,优8例,良3例,中1例。结论胫骨平台骨折手术同时直视下修补桶柄样撕裂的半月板,疗效肯定。

Objective Explore the complex tibial plateau fracture with lateral meniscus bucket handle tear(BHT)look under the ef ect of the patch.Methods From April 2010~April 2014 a total of 12 patients were red-red,red-white area damage in tibial plateau fracture repair surgery under direct vision while bucket handle tear of the meniscus.Results 12 patients were fol owed up for 10~24 months,with an average of 18 months.According to HSS knee score,excellent in 8 cases,good in 3 cases,1 case of general.Conclusion Tibial plateau fracture repair surgery under direct vision while bucket handle tear of the meniscus,more effective.
