自制下肢珍珠棉功能垫在骨科患者中的应用

Application of Self-made Pearl Cotton Function of Lower Limbs in Patients with Pad in the Department of Orthopedics

肢体创伤后局部发生反应性水肿,骨折局部内出血、血液循环障碍等都会造成肢体不同程度的肿胀,患肢抬高是减轻肢体肿胀的重要护理措施之一。临床上常采用枕头、气枕、棉被、布朗氏架等物品或直接摇高床尾支架将下肢抬高,但效果均不理想。我们以市售下肢垫为母垫,在此基础上做了一些子垫即珍珠棉功能垫,既能有效抬高、制动患肢,又确保患肢放于功能位。2013年8月~2014年5月我科将自制的功能垫应用于253例患者,效果满意。功能垫柔软舒适,可塑性强,使患者感到舒服。减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,创造良好的社会效益。

Reactive edema occurred in limb trauma,fracture and local bleeding,blood circulation disorders can cause dif erent degree of swelling limbs,limb elevation is one of the important nursing measures to reduce limb swelling.Clinical go up to often use a pil ow,air pil ow,quilt,brown rack and other items or direct rol ing high bed end bracket wil lower elevation,but the ef ect is not ideal.We sold for lower extremity pad mother pad,do some sub pad that pearl cotton pad on the basis of function,can ef ectively raise,brake limb,but also ensure that the limb on the functional position.2013 August to 2014 May in our department wil function pad should be made for 253 patients,satisfactory.The function of cushion is soft and comfortable,strong plasticity,make the patient feel comfortable.Reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient quality of life,to create a good social benefits.
