多色腕带扣在护理工作中的风险预警的应用

临床工作中,腕带的应用很大程度上提高了医护人员识别患者信息的准确率,从而降低了医疗护理差错的发生率。但是,现在国内所使用的腕带,包含的只有患者的基本信息,在查对腕带的时候,医护人员无法获得患者的风险评估警示。结合我科实际情况,我们将'警示腕带'的佩戴方法进行了改良,也就是患者只需佩戴一条'身份腕带'即可,不同的是,将腕带扣设计为不同的颜色,取代'警示腕带'的作用。那么医护人员在进行各种治疗活动查对时,不仅能核对患者的基本信息,还能获得患者其他需要引起注意的信息,从而起到风险预警的作用,使腕带的查对更加具体,更加全面,从而更进一步的提高医疗护理安全。

In clinical work,with the application can greatly improve the accuracy of medical staf recognition of patient information,so as to reduce the incidence of errors in medical care.But now,with the basic information,including only patients in check,when the bracelet,the medical staf could not get risk warning patients.Combined with the actual situation in our department,we wil'warning strap worn'was improved,also is the patient only needs to wear a'identity wrist band',is dif erent,the wrist strap buckle design for dif erent color,replace'warning wristbands'role.So the medical staf in various therapeutic activities can not only check the check time,basic information of patients,but also for other patients need to pay at ention to information,so as to risk early warning role,the wristband to check for a more comprehensive,more specifical y,to further improve the medical and nursing safety.
