目的探讨老年精神病患者静脉输液过程中常见护理问题与护理对策。方法对232例输液患者进行临床观察,分析问题产生的原因,提出护理对策。结果老年精神病患者静脉输液常见护理问题与精神症状,巡视不及时、不重视健康教育、专业水平低、护理人力资源不足及保护性<束有关。结论老年精神病患者静脉输液时采取一定的措施,能预防和减少问题的发生,确保输液治疗顺利进行。

Objective Nursing problems and nursing countermeasures of common elderly mental patients in the infusion process.Methods Clinical observation on 232 cases of transfusion patients,analysis of the causes of the problem,put forward the nursing countermeasure.Results The elderly psychiatric patients with venous transfusion common nursing problems and psychiatric symptoms,patrol is not timely,not pay at ention to health education,professional level is low,deficiency of nursing human resource and protective restriction.Conclusion To take certain measures of elderly mental patients during infusion,can prevent and reduce the problems,ensure smooth transfusion therapy.
