新疆维、汉患慢性牙周炎产妇脐带血中伴放线放线菌的检测
摘要
目的检测维、汉患慢性牙周炎产妇脐带血中的特异性牙周致病菌--伴放线放线杆菌。方法选择2012年3月~2013年3月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院妇产科生产产妇脐带血64例,维吾尔族36例,汉族28例。结果两组间伴放线放线杆菌的检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论脐带血中的特异性致病菌伴放线放线杆菌在维汉民族中的检出率存在差异。
