腰椎后路Solar动态固定系统治疗腰椎疾病的护理探索

Nursing Research of Posterior Lumbar Solar Dynamic Fixation System for the Treatment of Lumbar Diseases

对6例因腰椎间盘突出引起的腰椎管狭窄患者行手术减压,腰椎后路Solar动态固定系统固定治疗。评估患者一般情况、心理和社会支持状况,术前充分准备,术后密切观察病情、健康宣教,预防并发症,及时有效地进行功能锻炼。6例患者均随访,疗效满意。

6 patients with lumbar disc herniation of lumbar spinal canal stenosis caused by operation underwent decompression,posterior lumbar dynamic fixation system in treatment of Solar.Assessment of the situation in general,psychological and social support of patients,preoperative preparation,postoperative close observation of disease,health education,prevention of complications,timely and ef ective functional exercise.Results:6 patients were fol owed up,curative ef ect satisfaction.
