品管圈在降低留置尿管非计划拔管护理中的应用

Indwelling Catheter in Reduce Non Plan Cupping Application in Nursing Quality Control Circle

目的应用品管圈活动降低留置尿管非计划拔管率,提高护理安全。方法成立'品管圈',确立活动主题,对活动前后两组共705例置管患者进行调查,分析意外拔管的相关因素,采取相应措施。结果对照组非计划拔管率为0.63%;观察组非计划拔管率为2.19%,采取措施后非计划拔管率明显下降。结论品管圈活动在降低留置尿管意外拔管率中效果显著,不仅提高了护理工作质量和患者满意度,同时还提高了圈员的积极性。

Objective Application of QCC reducing indwelling catheter non planned decannulation rate,improve the nursing safety.Methods To set up a'circle',the establishment of the theme,the 2 groups before and after a total of 705 cases of catheter were investigated,analysis of related factors of accidental extubation,take corresponding measures.Results In the control group of non planneddecannulation rate was 0.63%;the observation group non planned decannulation rate was 2.19%,taken after the non plan cupping rate decreased.Conclusion QCCactivities significantly in reducing indwel ing catheteraccidental extubation rate in ef ect,not only improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction,but also improve the enthusiasm of the ring member.[keyword]:Quality control circle,Indwel ing catheter unplanned extubation,C-type catheter fixtures.
