替勃龙治疗绝经后更年期综合征临床效果探讨

Clinical Analysis of Tibolone in Postmenopausal Women Climacteric Syndrome

目的分析对绝经后更年期综合征患者采用替勃龙药物治疗的临床效果,并观察患者有无不良发应。方法病例选取的是我院于2012年3月~2013年11月接受诊断、治疗的绝经后更年期综合征患者,从中随机选出80例作为研究对象。按照入院顺序进行平行分组,分别为对照组和实验组,均是40例。对照组给予常规疗法,实验组则在常规疗法中联合使用替勃龙药物,以治疗后患者出汗、烦躁等症状变化情况和不良反应作为主要观察点,对治疗效果进行判定。结果实验组出汗、烦躁等症状改善情况明显好于对照组,不良反应上,实验组仅有1例出现阴道出血,对照组则有2例出现阴道出血、2例乳房感觉肿痛。对照组和实验组之间存在的明显差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论替勃龙可以显著改善绝经后更年期综合征患者的临床症状,且不良反应较少,应该大力推广。

Objective To analyze the climacteric syndrome in postmenopausal patients with tibolone clinical effects of drug therapy and should be observed in patients with or without bad hair.Methods Case selection is our hospital in March 2012 to November 2013 to accept the diagnosis,treatment of menopausal syndrome in postmenopausal patients,80 cases were randomly selected from the study.In accordance with the order of admission paral el group,respectively,in the control group and the experimental group were 40 cases.The control group received conventional therapy,the experimental group tibolone drugs used in combination to treat patients in the conventional therapy after sweating,and irritability and other symptoms and adverse changes observed as the main point of the treatment is judged.Results The experimental group sweating,irritability and other symptoms improved significantly bet er than the control group,the adverse reactions,the experimental group only one case of vaginal bleeding,control group 2 patients had vaginal bleeding,two cases of breast feels sore.Significant dif erences between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion Tibolone can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the menopause,menopausal syndrome,and fewer adverse reactions,should be vigorously promoted.
