A Report of 1 Cases of Systemic Muscle Tremor Caused by Lacidipine

拉西地平为特异、强效持久的二氢吡啶类钙通道阻滞剂,主要选择性的阻滞血管平滑肌的钙通道,扩张周围动脉,减低周围血管阻力,减低心脏后负荷,降低血压。最常见的有头痛,皮肤潮红,水肿,眩晕和心悸。少见无力,皮疹等,肌肉震颤较罕见。尤其是老年患者多方检查会诊,以致延误了病因的查找,患者既痛苦又担心,很不利于身体健康,所以在这方面应要引起足够重视。当出现此种情况处理原则是减量或停用此类药物及对症处理,改用其他种类的降压药。

Lacidipine two dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers specific,potent long-lasting,calcium channel blocking vascular smooth muscle is selective,dilating the peripheral arteries,reducing peripheral vascular resistance,decreased cardiac after load,lower blood pressure.The most common headache,skin flushing,edema,dizziness and palpitations.Rare weakness,skin rash,muscle tremors are rare.Especial y in elderly patients with multi check consultation,so that delayed etiological search,with both pain and fear,is not conducive to good health,so should be in this cause enough at ention.When the treatment principle is to reduce or stop taking such drugs and symptomatic treatment,to switch to other types of antihypertensive drugs.
